Gold Country has real history and a lot of legend. We keep them apart, and we never present legend as fact.

Stories that have been told for generations. We tell them as stories.

What guests and staff say they experienced. We share them as their accounts.

Things noticed during an investigation that we can’t explain yet. We share them without claiming a cause.

- Quick planning call. We recommend a format and check timing and accessibility.
- Written proposal. You receive the scope, route, staffing and price, plus applicable taxes.
- Confirm your date. Nothing is booked until your date is confirmed under the terms in your quote.
- Event day. Your guide runs the experience. Gold includes a framed group photo.

When should we arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

No. An inquiry starts the conversation; it doesn’t reserve a date or commit you to a purchase. Your written quote confirms the price and payment terms.
Is paranormal activity guaranteed?
No. We share history, legend and reported experiences honestly, and paranormal activity is never guaranteed.
